Lac Viet have made 4 pieces for me so far, all solid 9ct gold, all hand made by her team of craft jewellers. Most of my dealings with Kim have been through messenger. I find a piece that I love, send her as many images that I can. Her communication is with you throughout the whole process is flawless.

Why do I buy jewellery here? It’s brilliant value, beautifully made and I’m able to have pieces that are not what most have.

I’ve just travelled to Hoi An, Vietnam and was delighted to visit in person with Kim, her sister and their jewellers in their beautiful shop. It has given my pieces even more meaning.

I was blown away with the craftsmanship then, and I am equally blown away by the pendant I received from them a few weeks ago (sorry it has taken me a while to leave the review!).

I wanted an egg with a snake wrapped around it in sterling silver. Having designed it I contacted Lac Viet to see if they could make it for me and they said yes straight away. They advised me on issues to do with the weight of the pendant and helped me find a solution. Communication was excellent throughout, which made me feel more relaxed being on the other side of the world in the UK. Once it was finished and I had the chance to see pictures of it, it was delivered extremely quickly. The end result was far better than I ever imagined it being. Thanks again to Lac Viet. I will be back again and again!
